We get a lot of the same questions. Here are the honest answers.

We handle minor adjustments within the scope of the product family at no additional cost. Significant scope changes — such as adding a new product family or fundamentally altering core processes after the requirements week — would be scoped as a separate engagement. We flag these conversations early and transparently, never after the fact.
Defect resolution is included throughout the UAT period. We triage every issue raised and deploy fixes within the two-week window. Our AI-assisted build process typically produces very low defect rates, but we build UAT time specifically to catch and resolve anything that surfaces.
Every engagement includes 5 business days of post-go-live hypercare. Ongoing managed support is available as a separate service agreement. Ask us about our support packages when we scope your project.
Absolutely. We work on both new and existing ServiceNow instances. For existing instances, we conduct a brief technical assessment during Week 1 to understand your current configuration, customizations, and any technical debt that could affect the build.
Standard integrations — Active Directory/LDAP, email, and common identity providers — are included. Complex, custom REST/SOAP integrations to legacy or proprietary systems may be scoped separately. We'll identify integration requirements during the sales process and be transparent about what's in or out of scope before you sign.
We can run up to three product families in parallel within a single 4-week engagement, depending on the complexity of each. Larger multi-product programs may run as sequential 4-week sprints. We'll design the right delivery model for your situation during scoping.
